"Avrial" Group has successfully completed the reconstruction of the heat supply system in the Vakhrushev village, Sakhalin region.

The acceptance certificate was signed and the "On the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction object with the requirements of the project documentation" positive conclusion was received. The object was accepted by the State Construction Supervision and the administration of the Poronaisk city district.

 

A modern coal-fired hot water boiler house is designed to meet the needs of heat supply of residential apartment buildings, administrative and public buildings located in the village. The project for the construction of a boiler house of regional significance is "turnkey", including the supply and installation of all necessary equipment.

The construction was carried out on the territory of an operating enterprise, it was necessary to constantly synchronize our actions with the peculiarities of its work. The remoteness of the construction site also created several problems that were successfully solved. All the necessary equipment was transported from Barnaul city.

Since it was impossible to purchase concrete in nearby settlements, it had to be transported either from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk or Poronaysk. It is about two hundred kilometers away. Therefore, it was decided to buy a concrete distribution unit and organize the production of concrete directly on the construction site. Its quality is not inferior to the quality of concrete plants, which is confirmed by the checks of the construction expertise laboratory.

In addition to general construction works and installation of equipment, landscaping and reconstruction of the transformer substation were carried out.
