Production facilities allow us to carry out a full cycle of work on the manufacture of metal structures. Thanks to the high professionalism of specialists, the company takes on even complex and time-consuming projects.

 

Thanks to its own production and warehouse complex, the company carries out: 

- enhanced incoming control of incoming materials; 

- quality control control in the process of work; 

- marking and shipment of metal structures and awning in full compliance with all installation requirements and in the required sequence, which makes it possible to simplify unloading and large-scale assembly at the site, speed up installation and reduce the time of work; 

- service maintenance;

- constant supervision of the conformity of products to design documentation;

- development of modern solutions and verification of the possibilities of their practical application in typical design.

 

The production has one of the largest podiums in Russia for cutting the awning fabric and carrying out welding works using modern equipment. The podium area is over 600 sq. This makes it possible to produce tent enclosing structures 42 m wide and 100 meters long or more, which significantly reduces the time spent on both the production of the awning and the speed of its installation at the construction site.
