Avrial Group of companies is continuing construction of industrial storage building in Puschkinsky district

Avrial is performing construction works of the industrial storage building on behalf of Korsar OOO. The building consists of administration and amenity rooms and is located in Puschkinsky district in Moscow region. The facility dimensions are 27х53х8,45 m and overall area 1437 m2. The building’s design includes the following premises: shop floor equipped with crane, storage and packing space, supervisor office, break room and technical premises.

Argos Design Bureau is in charge of the detailed design with special attention to the challenging landscape. The construction site initially had more than 2 meters change in level along the length of the building. Such change in level demanded more accurate approach to both grading plan and foundation structure. When developing site grading it was decided to partially remove soil and relocate it.

By now Avrial specialists have arranged reinforced concrete belt, installed metal structures and LSTK purlins as well as interior gutter. Right now preliminary works on pouring of concrete are being carried out. Next steps will be installation of sandwich panels and pouring of concrete floor with coating.

Now the on-site team consists of 12 erectors and 1 engineer. 4 pieces of construction machinery and equipment are used. The company keeps on schedule.
