"Avrial" Group completed work on the construction of the aircraft hangar in the Ignatovo village, Dmitrovsky district.
Aircraft hangar is a completely collapsible structure, installed on the prefabricated airfield panels. The basis of the design is the prefabricated steel columns, due to which the main rigidity of the building is achieved with a hinge content of reinforced concrete plates, which allows you to build without the foundation, thereby reducing the cost and construction time. And thanks to the volume and planning solutions, the area is used as efficiently as possible with independent departures for technology. The building is heated, for this, the project additionally provides an extension with a modular autonomous boiler room.
The “flexible sandwich” innovative material is used as enclosing structures. This is an analog of a traditional metal sandwich, but has a number of advantages: its cost is lower than the metal by 20%, in addition, the customer saves on the installation costs. The flexible panel can have an area of up to 200 m2. Such panels are supplied in full factory readiness. The building is covered by a large canvas as a blanket. The joints are sealed, so the building becomes completely sealed, without the "cold bridges".
"ARGOS" Project Bureau has extensive experience in designing hangars for civil and military aviation, and the use of modern construction technologies allows you to quickly erect objects in all climatic zones of the country at any time of the year. In 2020, one of the projects of the Aviation Hangars of "Argos" Project Bureau became the winner of the Metal Power Competition for innovative decisions of the use of steel in design and construction.
